The technology industry is ever-changing with new offerings, new developments, and new technologies entering the market every day. As a technology company we are constantly working to stay ahead of the curve by making innovation a part of our DNA, and by moving fast and staying nimble.

What are the best practices when it comes to this issue?

In order to remain relevant, it is important to be open to new ideas and directions as your business evolves.  It is all about embracing change and testing new ideas and services before bringing them to market to ensure you are embracing the consumer needs of today.
