On today’s show of the 3 AM Egos, we discussed the discovery of new planets that are the most Earth-like planets and crime fighting jeans!
Featured on the HuffingtonPost.com, A NASA satellite has discovered new planets that may support life because of the landscape and water. The two planets, Kepler-438b and Kepler-442b are slightly bigger than the Earth and one of them, Kepler 442b is the most inhabitable for life, according to astronomers.
The other topic of discussion is the release of jeans that could help you keep yourself safe from identity theft. CBS News is reporting that Norton, the security firm is teaming up with a San Fransisco based designer to make jeans that have a metal alloy mesh in the pockets to prevent id thieves from scanning your cards and stealing your ID. Kevin (host) and Sigmund (producer) aren’t really sure it’ll be effective because the mesh is not in every pocket, only two. Oh, it’ll set you back $200 too.
