Most everyone has heard of the Golden Rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. At Brilliant Energy, we live by this principle because we see our customers as people who are no different from ourselves. Each person is an individual with different needs and preferences to which we can personally relate. Throughout our company, we instill the practice that in any situation we are dealing with, we ask ourselves, “How would I like to be treated in this situation?”

 

We establish this idea further by creating a family-like company culture that is reflected when interacting with our customers. When customers enroll with us, they immediately become a part of our family. This is important to us because we then start asking, “How would I treat a member of my family in this situation?”

 

We often work together as a family to help a customer who is dealing with a unique circumstance or going through a tough time. Our group effort to help customers establishes the mindset that we are treating our customers as human beings rather than account numbers.
