At Brilliant Energy, we go to great lengths to make our business personal. From hand-signed cards to our customers to let them know that they are not just a number to helping a cause we are passionate about, we believe it is important to let our community know that there are people behind our business.
One way we love having face time with our community is to engage with many local chambers and organizations. We are part of the Greater Houston Partnership, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Houston metropolitan Chamber and the Asian Chamber just to name a few. Our involvement with these organizations and participation at their events has been a great way for us to get to know so many people in our community.
Besides the benefit of being able to build relationships and goodwill in our community, we also have a lot of fun! We get to tell people about other parts of the community in which we are involved, share our culture and our commitment to excellent customer service, and get great tips and resources from well-known speakers so that we can make our service even better. And who doesn’t love a fancy and delicious lunch?
Staying connected to our community is one of our core values. We have a lot of fun meeting new people, so if you ever see our giant cutout of the Professor at an event, be sure to stop by and say, “Hello!”
