Tell me about your firm (number of employees, location, type of companies you work with, etc.).
Next Gen Digital Marketing is a full service digital marketing firm that helps small business owners and entrepreneurs bridge the gap between their offline and online marketing efforts to grow their business and increase their authority in their niche. Simon is the head consultant for clients and we have 3 account executives that serve as project managers, a team of 15 designers, developers, and copywriters, as well as an administrative assistant.
We primarily work with small businesses and companies with under 50 employees.
We are located downtown Chicago at 300 N LaSalle St but many of our team members live across the country and telecommute.
What type and size of companies do you have as clients?
Law, medical and financial services practices and mostly service based businesses with less than 50 employees.
What comes to mind when you see this topic?
How many clients struggle to get new clients because they are using antiquated marketing methods.
What are the best practices when it comes to this issue?
To test multiple avenues and see what works. Many businesses fall in to the trap of focusing on a few methods that just don’t provide trackable results. For example, with Facebook ads, you can niche down so specific to your target market and tailor the exact message you want your niche audience to see.
