Tell me about the key features of your product or service?

Pope: Jive delivers a range of Unified Communications products, including voice, video, contact center, and mobile applications. We offer jive voice which is Jive’s cloud-based phone system comes with full PBX function, admin controls, and unlimited phone features. Jive video offers point-to-point and multipoint virtual meetings and video collaboration. Jive contact center offers advanced contact center controls, and monitoring is available. Jive applications which allows customers to access Jive services using their mobile devices, desktop computers, and web browsers.

What makes your product or service so innovative, and what are the hot button issues it addresses for companies?

Pope: Jive provides VoIP and unified communications to businesses and institutions worldwide. Jive voice offers over 80 hosted VoIP and unified communications features to help your organization communicate better. Jive is unique because it replaces existing phone equipment with a cloud hosted PBX, which means your desk and smart phones work together and can be managed from your web browser and a mobile app. Cloud phone systems make it easier for our customers to contact their teams, turning any location into a workplace and reduces their current expenses.
