Kevin Price, Host of the Price of Business on Business Talk 1110 AM KTEK (on Bloomberg’s home in Houston) recently interviewed Todd Bailey. Here’s that interview

About the interviewee

Todd Bailey is the Founder/Owner of pushStar Digital, an online search marketing resource and Director of Search for Gen3 Marketing, the largest Affiliate Marketing Agency in the country. Todd has developed and grown over five different agencies in the past 15 years and has worked with clients ranging from Coca-Cola, Aeropostale, Marriott and Toshiba.

Tell me about your firm (number of employees, location, type of companies you work with, etc.).

Gen3 Marketing is a top Affiliate Marketing Agency located in Blue Bell, PA with just over 25 employees servicing clients such as Discover Card, Life is Good, Crocs, Golfsmith, New Balance, Advance Auto Parts and Finish Line.

What type and size of companies do you have as clients?

Medium to Enterprise Level Corporations

What comes to mind when you see this topic?

There is a fluid change in the C-Level’s involvement during the pitch and vendor selection process with delegation moving down the corporate chain.

What are the best practices when it comes to this issue?

Even though we are still seeing less requirements for decks and presentations that still does not mean you should not be prepared with a fully loaded pitch to present.  You do not want to be caught scrambling if the need arises.
