“When you coach kids, you see how important encouragement can be,” Deibler says. “You want them to learn how to work together and keep improving.”
His life outside work remains active as well. He enjoys riding dirt bikes and ATVs at Rausch Creek trails and The Flying Dutchmen. Hunting, fishing, traveling, and home renovation are also among his interests.
